FCA USA LLC will be changing its education policies for all dealership workers across the country.This change will help make getting a quality education for so many Dodge dealers a lot easier! FCA USA LLC has pledged to help have college educations available for all workers as well as their families too. Unlike a similar program like we’ve seen from companies like Starbucks, this is not a work for education program. The worker owes nothing up front to get a great education!

“Our dealerships asked us for help. We think this program will help them attract the top talent around the nation and retain the best people,” said John Fox, the Director of Dealer Training at FCA USA LLC.
The company will be partnering with Strayer University for the entire program. “We chose Strayer because we were looking for an expert in adult education, that offers flexibility for people who are already working full time,” Fox said.
This seems like a great opportunity for both parties. This will essentially enable Strayer University to help shape the next generation of Dodge vehicle creators, engineers, designers and more! This opportunity has only been brought forward due to the insight and foresight of FCA USA LLC executives!
